Mine has a rubber O-ring type seal rather than a crush washer, shouldn't need replaced unless it gets damaged. I have the Hybrid though so I guess the EcoBoost could be different.

Get a fumoto valve to replace the plug. Makes draining oil a breeze with no mess.

Can the green rubber part be removed from the screw? If so, start measuring it. ID, OD, thicknesses. It's probably not a Ford-specific part.

When you get to the auto parts store, climb under and remove the drain plug so you can take it inside and get the right size washer.
And while you're inside, might as well pick up a bunch of Pig Mats.

You can buy just the rubber washer and change it. OE part should last several oil changes though.

Dorman makes seals just like these only difference is they are black . $3 for two . Reason they break is deterioration or you are over torquing. Just changed mine on a 22 Mav and I torqued for the first time to 20 ftlb. We’ll see how long this one lasts the factory one went 42000 .
