What Hidden Features have you noticed?

One thing I noticed was the hvac fan speed would slow down when making a phone call and speed back up to original speed when the call was over.

Also my headlights always revert to automatic even when I phycally turn them off. My other cars only do that if you leave the switch on auto.

Your first one isn't a hidden feature; it's a convenient feature. Can you imagine trying to make a phone call with the AC/Heat fan on high, the other person wouldn't be able to hear you.

Are you sure you aren't placing the lights on Auto since your headlights shouldn't automatically go into Auto when you turn the switch on.

No, it defaults to automatic. Like the dial shifter the light switch doesn't have fixed positions so it can start in whatever mode the computer is programmed to. This prevents people from driving around at night with no lights/markers on, especially with many vehicles having accent lights you can almost see by and always on dash illumination.

Exactly. Even if you leave the switch set to off, they’ll default to auto next time you get in the vehicle. Small but great improvement there. So many vehicles with auto lamps are driving around at night with them manually set to off…

I realized this week that if you keep the climate control on auto when it is cold and blowing heat it will blow from below but when it is colder it moves to the upper vents automatically.

I keep the temp at 74. In the morning this week it was in the 50s on my way to work and it blew heat at my feet. When it warmed up in the afternoon it was coming from the top vents. I never moved it from 74.

When using the remote start feature it will either cool your truck or turn on the heated seats and steering wheel!!! I don't know what the temps are when it switches between the two but it's a nice feature.

There is a rectangle with a slash button on the radio panel that turns the screen to a clock then off …. Then back on. It’s the right most button.

Had the A/C on today on auto. Had to make a phone call and it automatically turned down the A/C fan. Ended the call and it turned it back up! This small little feature had me smiling.

Here are the best ones:
A) I was told if you’re going over 70mph and turn the dial to “R” for reverse, you’ll get a chance to upgrade your transmission to the next model. NOT for free though
B) If you cut your brake lines and let the fluid drain, your truck will be a tiny bit lighter. Your mpg will increase by approx 1/64” per gallon.
The same is true for;
1) License plate removal
2) Sanding all paint to bare metal
3) Replacing good tires with bald tires
FYI: My neighbor Stoshu has done ALL of them and is getting close to 7/16” more mpg.

Take your foot off the gas pointing downhill, even just a little, and it holds your speed, like automatic cruise control.

At least Hybrid does.
