I just got mine so I haven't really done much yet, but I added floor liners and an organizational tray for the center console. Oh, and I had the dealer line-x the bed before I picked it up.

Factory floor trays, tailgate damper, hood struts, black tailgate letters, debris plug for slot in tailgate, trailer hitch plug, side marker and turn indicators in fender logo using self-made wiring harness and GadCad amber lenses, console light plugged into USB port, black center dash trim for radio/media knobs, caulked the gap in the bed between the floor and fenders using 3M auto seam caulk.

On order: battery powered, lighted door sill scuff plates, [currently out of stock].
