In my opinion, the cheapest and best upgrade for any Tremor (and maybe others?) is the little guard that covers the buttons on the center console. The wallet in my front pocket kept turning the traction control back on, after going into off road mode https://a.co/d/6Qb9WCc
Furry paws really love those buttons too. I saw the flip-up cover option but didn't want to keep flipping to open/close it every time I wanted to change a drive mode. So I made a button protector that doesn't need to be opened/closed.

The day I brought mine home I installed the TruXedo Sentry CT hard cover, love it. Tailgate assist, and hood assist, Oh and the bug guard as well as the chrome tailgate lettering, that gives it a better look from the back. , looking to Tint the front windows and install bed lights, the one light is just not much.

Be careful with the hood struts. I've heard of issues tweaking the hood. How often do you open it?

I’d be happy with the old school hood springs.
They never wore out or weakened in any way.

The hood is alum. To close, you drop the hood so you don't push on the hood. With the struts you now have to push the hood closed- have there been issues with hood damage? Also strut installation requires loosening the hood bolts so you have to mark the hood bracket location to be able to maintain the correct gaps.

I ain’t messing with it. I’m healthy enough to lift my, to me very light Maverick hood.

If it becomes heavy I’ll start lifting heavier weights when I work out.

No surprise: Mabett flares fit perfectly with Mabett mudflaps

With the Mabett fender flares, are the mudflaps necessary?

If you live where there is snow and a lot of rain the fender flares alone are likely insufficient to keep tire-propelled debris from hitting painted surfaces.

Someone in a desert climate might well have another opinion!

No, you just don't push down on the very front edge. Otherwise it works fine - the inertia from the weight of the hood makes the hydraulics function pretty smoothly. I did not mark anything, and installation was ~5 minutes.

To OP - there are mechanical accessories, and cosmetic accessories.

Top "right away" mechanicals:
- tailgate assist. Best $20 ever spent.
- hood assist. (why not? but nowhere near as crucial as the tailgate assist)
- inserts for the cupholders, etc., spaces in the interior. Car receptacles seem to breed their own brands of weird gunk - nice to be able to pull out a silicone insert and rinse it off.
- tonneau cover. at some point, unless you're going with a topper, this is a necessity.
- various protective addons, which vary by region and use case

Top "right away" cosmetics:
- tailgate lettering
- nothing, these trucks look terrific as-is, excepting the lettering

Just got it installed yesterday after spraying with krown oil undercoating. An aluminum RIVAL skidplate with removable plates for oil & filter changes. time to drive some backroads with no worries of hitting a rock cracking my oilpan or hybrid drive housing, or smashing the evaporator.

Best peace of mind for $345
