Been doing some searching and can't find a definitive answer. Is there a thread that explains how the power is distributed between the 12V and high voltage batteries on a hybrid? Does the traction motor battery take over some of the heavy lifting with the 12 volt circuit (heated seats, lights, inverter, etc.) or does the little battery and charging mechanism handle it all. And speaking of charging, is there only one generator that feeds both batteries or is there a separate one for each battery.
