  1. Plug in CD player?

Its a little extra work but you could just rip the CD and throw the songs onto a USB flash drive and add as many cds as you want to it.
  2. REQUEST - Disable steering wheel nag

Comma.ai and bluecruise have a camera that makes sure you are keeping your attention to the road. Lane centering instead uses lack of resistance on the wheel to detect it. Even if you could disable the alert, comma.ai and blue cruise have the camera so they are completely different systems. Even...
  3. Very expensive to insure the Maverick

With StateFarm (with discounts for 1 extra car + motorcycle + house insurance + drive safe and save) mine is $344.86 / 6 months for the Hybrid Lariat Maverick.
  4. No More FordPass Rewards Visa

I almost signed up just for points on oil changes. Good to know they are cancelling it.
  5. Has anyone ever regretted getting a lariat?

I wanted a truck with good MPG and that was easy to park in tight parking spaces to drive around as my daily driver. I also wanted the stuff the Lariat package had to offer. Could I have gotten a bigger truck for the same price? Sure but that's not what I wanted.
  6. 2025 Maverick XLT Co-Pilot Pre-Collision Fail - possible recall?

Yeah I'm going to see if it happens again and maybe call my dealer if it does. Definitely bizarre we both had this error for the first time today.
  7. 2025 Maverick XLT Co-Pilot Pre-Collision Fail - possible recall?

I've never heard of the "Ford Advocacy program" and can't find anything online about it. Do you have to reach out somewhere specific or just talk to your dealer?
  8. 2025 Maverick XLT Co-Pilot Pre-Collision Fail - possible recall?

I started getting this error today. Did anyone else get the update installed yet?
  9. The 2025 HYBRID Information Screen - aka The Cards We've Been Dealt

Does anyone have any pics from tremor. Curios if it has a 4wd display.
  10. 2024 Hybrid strange groaning noise from engine compartment

I get this noise and can actually feel it while on the break pedal on my 2025 AWD Lariat Hybrid. From what I read its hit or miss if you have the issue but its still considered "normal"? I have not experienced where it actually holds it in place though like you are saying.
  11. POLL - Hybrid Transmission Grinding/Lurching

So then then its possible this is a problem that solves itself after break in?
  12. POLL - Hybrid Transmission Grinding/Lurching

For the people who voted that they never experienced this do you live in a place where it doesn't get below 40?
  13. POLL - Hybrid Transmission Grinding/Lurching

Adding me thread to this.... https://www.mavericktruckclub.com/forum/threads/brake-vibrates-fights-back-a-little-when-engine-cold-2025-lariat-hybrid.61130/
  14. USB Hub - Ambient Lighting

My 2025 doesn't light up either. My guess is another thing to cut costs.
  15. Brake Vibrates (fights back?) a little when Engine Cold - 2025 Lariat Hybrid

I will try to capture the noise with a video later and upload it.
  16. Brake Vibrates (fights back?) a little when Engine Cold - 2025 Lariat Hybrid

I tested this a little more today and noticed if you let the car idle once the engine kicks on there is a little bit of a grinding noise (sounds similar to a coffee machine boiling) and during this period the brake vibration happens.
  17. 2025 Maverick where to connect the jumper cables

From my understanding it could mess up the dc converter if you try jumping from battery directly. Also would be awkward having cables go through the cab. What do you do park like a T?
  18. Ford to launch Maverick EV (I hope this is true)

Right thats why I'm all for PHEV just not a full blown BEV for me personally.
  19. Brake Vibrates (fights back?) a little when Engine Cold - 2025 Lariat Hybrid

Yeah, based on feedback, I'm guessing its just a quirk with the hybrid system. It doesn't bother me just wanted to make sure there wasn't an underlying problem.
  20. Ford to launch Maverick EV (I hope this is true)

We go on road trips a lot and gas is just easier. PHEV is nice for work commute though.
