I'm ready to order a LineX bed liner.
Are the higher end UV/thicker liners better or am I just wasting money?
Thanks, brian

Rhino or line-x. I wouldn't purchase extras imo.

I went with the basic Line-X. The UV protection is only important if you are going to leave it uncovered and care about how it looks. Otherwise, save your money.

I have the basic LineX in my 2000 F150 bed and it's been exposed to the elements the whole time. It still is in good shape and hasn't failed at all. I put the same thing in my Maverick right after I got it.

I did LineX with the UV. I had them add in some blue metal flake. I am real pleased. $700.

Go basic LineX. I’ve had 4 trucks with them. Show your local LineX dealer that Ford charges $495 as an option, offer to pay cash and you will be pleased.

I've had Rhino liners in past trucks and they are good but went with LineX on my Tremor and was impressed with how detailed they are and highly recommend them. I went with basic and don't think you gain much by spending the extra $ for the high end.

I’ve had the standard Linex on my Colorado and UV protected Linex on my Maverick. Both were covered most of the time with a hard toneau. Colorado turned gray within a year but still protected the bed. Maverick at 1.5 years old still black. Seems to be only a cosmetic consideration.
