Yup. Truck was driving very poorly. Check engine light on. Horrible MPG, reporting misfires. Brought to dealer and and hour later it was running like new again.

Dealer reached out and provided mobile service back on 10.6.23. Worked out well for me I'd say. No symptoms.

completed update on this recall same time with 23E7. Back in Dec. No issues. Finishing same tank of gas. Don't fill any difference right now. Hope to get higher milage. Will post results in a few days.

Thanks for the info. Truck seems to be running fine and mpg has not changed.
Almost ready for oil change so going into stealership for both.

I've received the recall several days ago. My truck runs fine and the mpg is great. So I'll wait until the next regular servicing and get it done then. What would be wonderful is if any other recalls are taken care of then. I've received no other recall notices. But I know there is the turn signal recall and the oil leak/fire issue.

So anyway, I'll take it in maybe in March for oil change/tire rotation and tell them to take care of any and all recall issues.

Does ford inform you through mail, or ford pass that about this recall, or do you look periodically for recalls? If owner needs to look. where does he go to find potential recalls.?

FordPass and mail notifications. Also when I called dealer they said it sounded like the recall issue. Can also search your VIN on NHTSA
