No.
If you haven't already, try running it on manual, not auto.
Also, if the louvers are turned off to the sides very far at all, the the vent will be partially or completely shut off and airflow is diminished.

The vent is at full force if the tab is in the centre. As soon as you move the tab left or right it starts to close the vent. Move it all the way left or all the way right closes the vent.

Had to look at mine with a flashlight as I was having the same issue.

Ozark makes a good point here: YOU DON'T HAVE TO AIM THE VENTS VERY FAR OFF-CENTER FOR THEM TO CLOSE. It is quite frustrating: only about the MIDDLE HALF of the total vent adjustment range actually pushes air out. It drives me NUTS trying to find the exact spot where the vent closes.

Yeah, and it defeats the purpose of using dash vents to clear side windows when they are "fogged" up~~~~ poor design; needs a separate on/off mechanism

Hello! Could you please send us a PM with your VIN and the name and location of your Ford dealer? I'd be happy to see how I can assist you with your air vent concern!
