only issue I have with this unit is the fact that you still have to run wiring through the firewall to install the switches....after having done so on so many previous vehicles, I wanted something different...hence the SPO
D bantam lt wireless controller..piece of cake to install & runs via bluetooth through the app....now my ditch, fog, backup & light bar will all be connected without having to run stuff through the firewall

I can agree that I don't like to drill anything through the firewall, however, I needed to run the wires from the BCM to the fog lights, a power line for a future rear amp, and a couple extra wires for just-in-case future mods, so it was going to happen regardless. Having switches look/is factory is the most important thing for me so hence the Ford up fitters. Plus, I used the door boot off a Lincoln Continental as the grommet through the driver's firewall hole behind the battery. It fit perfectly, fit the wires perfectly, looks/is "stock" so no cutting or modifications to the firewall was necessary.

I hope this mod is still available when I finally get a Maverick! I have an sPOD original (6-switch, closest thing now is the SourceLT Modular) that has been in at least 4 different trucks that I'd just carry over. But hell, I think it'd be amusing to passengers to have ten auxiliary switches to flip in a certain sequence for no reason.:crackup:
One has to have a trap door open and reach out and turn them all off.

If you're that worried about going through the firewall, you could still use this in place of the switches on the Bluetooth device (how to splice it in is to be determined). Should be a low power application so could pull positive off the kick panel or something else in the interior.

Did you literally have to drill holes through metal on previous vehicles?

On the Maverick, there are at least two grommets the size of business cards that are already existing and aren't being used. The one in the driver's footwell is easy to get at from the inside, and readily visible from under the hood.

I would like to see where you put the relay box. I want to make mine look “factory”.
I just fabricated a quick bracket and mounted it to an existing stud.

Ok, so I have mine all wire up and working. I have to figure out which wire in my 2024 Maverick Tremor is for the illumination/dimmer (violet wire in the kit). I think I can use a wire off the dimmer switch. Does anyone know what the wire color should be for my truck? It’s not grey/violet. I checked the voltage of the one I think I can use and the voltage goes from 9.71vdc to 9.45vdc when I go from bright to dim. Can anyone confirm this?

I did not use the switch. I used the C206 connector in the A pillar pin 9. Below is the 2025 wiring diagram.

I know, this isn't the topic, but I'd very like to know where you got those roof bars, how you installed them, and whether they're purely for aesthetics or functionality. I can't find anything like that for the Mav around here, pls.
