Here is a short video, I was basically demonstrating how the key is no longer responsive, the instrument gauge boots up and flickers without the key in the ignition, etc. The relays weren't clicking that bad in this video but hopefully I'll catch it on video again.
Back to the dealer.

Back to the dealer.
Back to the dealer, and back to the salesman bragging saying he could sell it for $5k over if I don't take it. If they wanna buy it back for 2.5k over what I paid out the door, I'll sell it.

I believe it is a much deeper issue. Another user said the dealer found bad solder connections on his wiring harness for the high voltage system. The coldest it's been where I live since I took delivery of my Mav was 40F/ 4C.
ya not normal. Was getting those deep sleep messages when it was -15C to -30C

I believe I was incorrect about that being high voltage related. I think it was actually a ground connection on the 12v side. I'm really thinking you have the same problem.

Update, the new battery the dealer installed looks like it's draining again. I got another deep sleep mode notification and the battery voltage is reading 11.6 just 3 days after getting the new battery installed. The truck hasn't died yet though. Again, I haven't left anything on, no lights on, no aftermarket things plugged in, I even unplugged my genuine apple USB charging cable to see if that made a difference.

Another thing, I thought it was normal for Hybrid vehicles to do this but when I get out and lock the car, I can hear relays throughout the entire vehicle clicking randomly for a good 30 minutes after the car has been parked.

A little update for everyone, I dropped it off at my local dealer this morning. I was able to jump start it yet again but this time, the check engine light came on after I got it started. When I was pulling into the dealer, another light and chime came on while driving telling me to pull the vehicle over and stop it asap. A red triangle with an exclamation point illuminated on the dash. My service advisor said that light could indicate a major issue with the vehicle.

If anyone is interested, the codes from the check engine light were:
U3012
C0564
P2C22
U019F

They didn’t have any loaner cars available but the service advisor said he would have to call Ford to get permission to cover the cost of a rental car for me as it will likely be at the dealer for a while, in addition to the interior rattles they need to diagnose and fix.

keep in mind you are going to get some parasitic loss due to your stereo being connected to the internet/WIFI (should not go down to 2.5V though). I noticed mine (ICE 2.0 EB) giving the deep sleep mode warning when it got super cold out. This was partly due to me only using my maverick to pick up the kids that are 4.5km each way in start and stop traffic. Ended up getting one of those solar chargers and wiring it directly to my battery. No problems since.

Hi, you only have this solar charger connected to the battery when car is off, correct?

Another little update. It is now day 3 that the car has been at the dealer. The service advisor called me today to say they thought the computer just needed to be reset so they did that, but the issues still persisted so they need to keep the car longer and no clue as to what the problem is, or how long it will take them to fix it. (Most likely something will need to be replaced and the part will be backordered or take 2-3 weeks to arrive and another 2-5 days for the repair to be completed I'm guessing.)

They also did not have any loaner cars and said they will only pay up to $35 a day for 10 days if I wanted to rent a car myself. I looked up some rental car companies and the cheapest rental car I could find was a Mitsubishi Mirage from Enterprise for $69/day plus fees, taxes, surcharges, and insurance. An electric scooter would cost me more than $35/day to rent with the amount of places I need to go.

Will keep updated.

Sounds like it’s time to PM Ford again.

You can sit down in the truck for 2 seconds, get up, close the door and you'll get shocked. You don't even have to rub your feet around or move around to generate it.
Big problem w/ the electrical system, hybrid have lots of complex computer controlled stuff, but something is NOT wired right and 12V at enough amps can kill, not to mention start a fire.

Look into other options for the short term, this could take a while.

How would a dealer tech debug this on brand new model hybrid tech? This is a job for a Ford design engineer to figure out.

Sorry, can't be optimistic here. Cut losses if you can.

I still think the EcoBoost models will hold their value and last longer than these hybrids.

If this is happening on a BRAND NEW hybrid, what will they look like after 100,000 + miles of abuse, I think 90% of these problems come down to using RoHS compliant Solder personally, as someone well versed in electrical components, if these connections were made with leaded solder this likely would not be happening.

I bet engineers HATE the RoHS solder, especially on High Voltage Electrical connections.
