  1. Bad experience with ford and drive train issues

Had this happen on my driver's side CV. Happened at about 20k miles for me. The part took months to come in and I drove about another 5k with it shaking like that until it came in. Scariest couple months of my life, especially the way I typically drive. It's only been repaired for about a...
  2. Passenger side CV axle 2022 Maverick hybrid (Vehicle started shaking at 50 and stopped at 60 MPH violently.)

I just took mine in today for this exact issue. Diagnosed driver side cv/axel. Now I'm waiting on parts.
  3. What is behind your back seat?

I put a subwoofer there. Lol
  4. Active Powered "All-N-One" Subwoofers

Here is a link to the video I used to pull the back panels. I regards to the remote, it's an rj45 cable for the remote to control the sub level. It's not wired to any speakers in the front. It plugs in like a phone jack or ethernet. One end into the remote itself, wherever you decide to...
  5. Active Powered "All-N-One" Subwoofers

Sounds like a win to me. That's a hell of a deal on the sub. Good luck on the install. Post pics when you finish. I am one of those people. I've been banging some grimy dubstep for the pask week or so. The people around where I work probably hate me. 😂
  6. Active Powered "All-N-One" Subwoofers

The remote that comes with it is to adjust the sub level, not necessarily on/off. That's why I installed it. It's just an rj45 wire. As far as saving some money on a smaller unit, that's up to you. I would venture to say the smaller, 8" one would be sufficient to balance out the rest of the...
  7. Active Powered "All-N-One" Subwoofers

So, I gave it a shot. This cheap little kit was about $160 on Amazon. Had everything I needed for the sub wiring. Pulled panels all the way to the rear speakers, skinned a section near the factory connector and soldered my speaker leads for each channel, ran to hi level inputs for auto on/off...
  8. Bluetooth and Android Auto Ticking Audio

I just had this happen to me yesterday. I thought I was tripping and there was something stuck to my tire. I turned the podcast I was listening to off and it stopped.
  9. Dead Maverick Hybrid with <2000 miles

I didn't take these photos myself. These are from the dealer when they discovered the issu and started digging into it. This is from the day I was supposed to accept delivery. It took a few weeks longer for them to come up with a temp repair, which has seen been replaced with a new harness.
  10. [UPDATE 3/22/22] Dead Hybrid Maverick at 1 month old after getting "Deep Sleep Mode" messages. [Possibly fixed by software update.]

I feel like I just saw a small Escape hybrid recall recently for this same thing. They called it something like insufficient weld pentetration on the Solder joint. I feel like it might be coming for the Mav.
  11. [UPDATE 3/22/22] Dead Hybrid Maverick at 1 month old after getting "Deep Sleep Mode" messages. [Possibly fixed by software update.]

My chime plays through the column speaker if I keav emy key in the ignition for even a few minutes. Starts every time and have never had a Ford pass notification.
  12. Is it possible to change the volume level of the door/ignition chime?

If you take the keys out of the ignition and its supposed to stop. That sound is to let you know that the keys are in the ignition and the driver door is open, so you don't lock your keys in of your on your way out. If you have a keypad, then yeah, its pointless.... Also the ford pass app...
  13. [UPDATE 3/22/22] Dead Hybrid Maverick at 1 month old after getting "Deep Sleep Mode" messages. [Possibly fixed by software update.]

It was a faulty wiring harness on the 12v side of the system. Here is a sceencap of my original post explaining a little more detail.
  14. [UPDATE 3/22/22] Dead Hybrid Maverick at 1 month old after getting "Deep Sleep Mode" messages. [Possibly fixed by software update.]

I had my truck in to the dealer this week for that harness swap out. They had it for about a day and a half. No issues since they finished it up. Also, this dealer loves giving me loaner vehicles worth a lot more than the Mavvy. This is what they have me for the day. (2022 F-150 STX) 😂
  15. [UPDATE 3/22/22] Dead Hybrid Maverick at 1 month old after getting "Deep Sleep Mode" messages. [Possibly fixed by software update.]

I just got the call my harness is in too. I'm scheduled to drop mine off on Monday. They said they have a loaner ready for me. (They were able to do a temporary repair on mine until now, so I've been driving it. 1200 miles already on the temp repair)
  16. 12 v charging issue

This should end up being a recall.
  17. [UPDATE 3/22/22] Dead Hybrid Maverick at 1 month old after getting "Deep Sleep Mode" messages. [Possibly fixed by software update.]

If you check out one of my posts on this thread (post #22) I attached photos from the dealer. At first they told me they tracked a harness down, turns out its on the same backorder as yours. I am currently able to drive it though. The dealer tech figured out a repair that ford factory said was...
