Just got off the phone with NASCAR for Martinsville tickets so I'll be leaving my left signal on to get ready for racing.
NASCAR . . . go fast until you see God, then turn left.
No, I do not dislike NASCAR. You should see the collection of The Man in Black stuff in my garage and my son's house. It just isn't fun anymore with Reechard and Dale and Daryl gone. I quit watching after 2001.

Well now, It seems that "Frenchy"
derailed his own thread. The bulk of the thread was responding to his post #3.

I remember the gal who claimed she was not signaling a turn but was drying her nail polish. It didn't help, she still got a ticket!
That reminds me of a occurance back in my "Hot Rod" days..(late 1980s-early 1990s).
Was riding through Chicago, on the Dan Ryan Expressway. Going to a car show, in my friend, Jim's 1967 Mustang GT (had a 390).
We passed a slower car, and the woman (driving??) was touching up her makeup, with both hands. (driving with her knees, probably). :(
Jim being Jim couldn't help himself. Grumbling, "what the He!! is she doing".
He slows up, for her to catch up and yells out the passenger window...
"It Doesn't Help"... :ROFLMAO:
She "Flipped Us off" and We continued on our way... :ROFLMAO:

To Answer, "Frenchy's" Question...
Did some online research...(alot of folks complained of it being TOO Loud).
And found NOT MUCH...
The following is a A.I. reply post =

To increase the sound volume of the turn signal on a Ford Maverick, you cannot directly adjust the turn signal sound volume through the vehicle's settings; however, you can check if your infotainment system has a "vehicle settings" option where you might find a "turn signal sound" setting, although this feature is not standard on most vehicles including the Maverick.

I looked at my MY22 XL..
No way to adjust... Sorry.. :(

Get a signal indicator from a 2013 f150. Jesus, I needed hearing protection when signaling.

I was concerned about the strange clunking on a light rail train I was riding.

Then I figured out from the timing that it was a heavy duty relay for the flashers!

I was almost halfway up the car!

I wouldn't have thought to post about it, but honestly the blinkers in my 25 are too quiet also. If the radio is on above volume level 4 or 5 I can't hear them. The first couple turns in my 25 I actually had to look down at the gauges to see if the arrows were blinking because i couldn't hear if they were on.

I don't recall this being an issue in my 22, or any car I've ever had for that matter, unless of course I had the radio at a decently loud level where I would expect it to drown out the turn signals. On my new maverick I pretty much have to keep the radio almost off to hear the turn signals.
My 25 Maverick , that I just bought, directional signals are also very quiet. I did not have this problem with my 22 Maverick.

Who change the titles of my posts and why?
This new title does not reflect my questions, it creates confusion and conflicts.
Please stop doing this.
If this keeps going on I shall just stop posting( probably not a big loss for most of you)
What? That's odd. What was your original title? The forum administrator has the option to change titles.

I was just thinking about how quiet the signals are in my newly arrived 2025. Not terrible but they are inaudible when the radio is on or when there is more road noise.

i will also say that the horn is very loud! Had a Chevy 3500 drift over into my lane on my maiden voyage home and I just tooted the horn and it was somethin' else!

I guess they upgraded the blinker system in 2013 because when I had my 2012 f150 XLT the blinkers never bothered me they just worked. My 2016 F-150 as well.
