Lariat mirror with turn signal indicators?

The Maverick doesn't have an option for turn signal integrated in mirror cover, right? I came across this ad on youtube tonight. I figure it was an older promotional ad showing a feature that was scrapped.

Interesting. I was thinking about the lack of mirror turn signal indicators a few days ago, and would love to add them.

Just be aware that mirrors and things like headlights from other countries are not always a direct swap to cars for different markets, especially if they don't drive on the same side of the road as we do.
