All current TSBs will be incorporated on new builds as well as recall items…

Where are you seeing this? I’ve read the entire actual TSB and there is no “before X date” or anything listed that I can see. The word “may” appears four times in the document and none of those is a date.

If you go to the original posting that has the TSB posted in it there is a date of built in it.

My Lariat Lux hybrid was built 09/2022 and the brakes were awful. I don't recall seeing a "May" date either.

Not seeing it in this thread:

https://www.mavericktruckclub.com/f...rick-grabby-brakes-at-or-below-6-2-mph.24977/

which seems to be the canonical thread, and again, not in the TSB itself.
FWIW, that TSB (issued 15 Dec 2022) does specifically state "that meet the following criteria:
  • 2022 Maverick
  • 2.5L FHEV
  • At least one of the following conditions:
    • Illuminated MIL with DTC P0402 stored in the PCM
    • Brakes grab during light braking at or below 6.2 mph (10 km/h)
That would appear to exclude the TSP from being applicable to 2023 model year Mavericks (which were definitely being built at Hermosillo before 12/15/2022).

So my "interpretation" would be that it applies to ALL 2022 models, and early 2023 models (those built prior to 12/15/2022). But then, my interpretation + $5 will get you a cup of coffee at Starbucks...

My brakes have started chattering when coming to a stop, is anyone having this problem? If so can a dealer fix it? I haven’t bought a new car in awhile and all the shutters creaking and growls are bothering me. I don’t want to live at the Ford dealer. Is there a problem or am I over sensitive to the noises and the way that the truck drives?
