Mine didn't have BAP but I added most of it once here. Dechromed the taillights ($10), had the wheels painted black ($340], added some black interior surrounds ($60), blacked out the front and rear Ford emblems and surrounds ($45), put black overlays on the grille bars ($110). Still trying to decide if I want to keep the brown seats or put on the Mabett black seat covers. The brown/blue seats blend with the Navy Pier interior but not sure how well the black seats do.

Yeah, that's a great option. I like the brown seats so going your route with the other items may be a win-win option.

Thanks

Really, you're blaming the BAP package, rather than the Hybrid?

HRG
They both played a roll but they only did something like 10% of builds with BAP. Pair that with 35ish% hybrid builds.

I have a 22 Lariat. I never liked the two-tone interior, but I grew to accept it. I swapped the logos on the grill, tailgate and steering wheel. I didn’t use decals/stickers or overlays. I order replacement logos that are actually black
I ordered a 24 with the BAP ONLY to get rhe black interior. Quite honestly, i could take or leave blacking out the lights, etc

Just my 2¢

If it were a perfect supply issue, I would always go for the BAP because I think it looks good and prefer factory wheels over aftermarket. That being said....if I was in a time crunch and knew it was going to delay it by several months I would ax it.

My current truck has the brown interior so that's not a problem for me

People seem quite confused here…

things are constrained when the take % is higher than the % they plan to build for that package.

no one knows the take rate yet. Last year it was NOT a constrained item. I highly doubt it will this year

Mine is Oxford white and I love the look of the BAP but I'm worried it will push my order out even further.
I added the BAP to my MY23 build. My thoughts are that for $1600, the profit for Ford may have bumped my build earlier. Also, the Michelin tires are WAY better then the Continentals. The Continentals cost approx. $136. The Michelins are approx. $227. That's a difference of $364 for four tires. This and the 18" rims are the only added cost for the BAP for Ford. The cost to add the black to the headlights and tail lights is negligible. Also the black interior does not cost any more either.

The BAP is not a constrained item. The last constrained list I saw, the orders for the BAP was 2% under what Ford can build.

The BAP on the Oxford White is really great looking. If I were you, I would do it. It will make your Maverick even more rare.

Yeah, I would BAP the inside but not the out.

Wow ... so if XLT Lux is a constraint ...and ....

Then i guess there is a chance for delay if you want BAP.
The Luxury package is not constrained. 30% production capability. 22% on order.

I ordered a 24 Lariat Hybrid with very few options, as I know the Hybrid is a big constraint, but I am going to use this to flat-tow, so it's my only option. I wanted the BAP but decided not to add it as it appeared that it may be a constraint. Looking more closely, it looks like it may not make much difference with it or without it, so my question is, would you add it or leave it off?
I like the BAP, but I had to draw the line somewhere on options.
