How did you power them? I tried to power a longer virtual blade from the side marker light but it didn’t have enough power.

I thought about doing something similar but didn't want to lose the bed. I decided to use a hammock and truck bed extender. If I can’t find 2 trees I tie off 1 end of the hammock to the bed extender. Not the best picture but you can get the idea. I can get a better picture this weekend.

I’m using a 1Up van tray on extruded aluminum. I changed it a little since this picture and take the cover off to move the bike forward a little. It also give better visibility when the cover is t folded against the back window.

I’m looking to buy a few of these connectors, both the male and female end. I’d prefer it to have a few inches of wire coming out of the connector if possible. That connector is on the end of the center dash ambient light.
