I've found the lack of a stereo knob on my 25 XLT to be a non-issue. It's always present on the screen. Other non-issues I have found but was worried about after reading some posts on here - auto headlights are amazing. I've had my truck for about 1.5 years and have yet to be bright lighted. The XLT stereo system is definitely not as bad as folks on here have stated in my opinion. Maybe it's the Synch 4 delivering more power than the 22-24 model years?
I agree IMO the stereo in My 2025 sounds pretty good!!

Obviously, YOU were not referring to EV’s when you said “self destructing engines”. I was just saying that Tom & the OP WERE talking about EV’s. You made a generically dumb response if I may say so.
You may not.

It's your life, your money, and your vehicle. I'm glad you got what you want. Everyone has different needs and wants. Not sure what Dynamic Cruise is but I love the Adaptive Cruise on my Maverick. You can still check in to the forum.
You are correcct. I meant to say Adaptive Cruise.

Congratulations, hope you enjoy your new vehicle, and who knows you might miss the old truck, I meant you liked the mav idea till you don't and the same might happens with the new one, there's only one way to find out.

About EV or not, I like the idea of no paying for gas for life and just charge at home with solar panels, but still waiting for the WOW one, but sooner or later an EV gonna be on my scope is just matter of time, price and value.

I‘m almost 65. I doubt it will occur for me but you never know.

Twisting a knob searching for radio stations is old school fun. Makes a cool sound if you spin fast. However, the radio station search button on the steering wheel is safer & easier.

Keep your eyes on the road and your hands upon the wheel.
Yeah, we're going to the Roadhouse, gonna have a real
A-good time.

I can't speak for the OP, and he did not answer my question about the option content on his XLT.

But I think his issue is that he bought a Maverick without Adaptive Cruise and maybe other nice options. However, there is no option for a radio tuning knob.

Whatever reasons you had to make your decision to move from the Maverick to the Toyota, I hope your travels are pleasant and safe. Take care.

No, I am still here. I did not sell it as I got a very good deal on the C-HR with the trade. I only had to pay $9,000 more to get it after the trade in.
OK, thanks, but that doesn't help much. It'd be great if you could give us the actual value of your vehicle trade in, being that it had such low mileage and was only a year old. And the option content gives added perspective into that value. Maybe I am too demanding?

I had the rough country folding bed cap, a bedrug, and some small accessories. They gave me $29,000 for the truck for a $43,700 C-HR with other discounts that took it down to $38,000.

Bye.

Toyota EV SUV and a Maverick!! LMAO. Two completely different breeds of cat. I have a friend who owns a Tesla. That is nothing like my Maverick either.
