I never spoke to them on the phone but did have back-and-forth email correspondence with them and they were quite helpful and responsive.

These modes remind me of trying buy/sell the stock market at the right time. It rarely works. After having my hybrid for a couple of months I’m just keeping it in Normal. 39.4 mpg. That’s a huge improvement over my last ICE SUV. Am I really going to see much of an improvement by changing modes...
