When I said tiny it is because I have never sat in one. I have had plenty of small cars that were….small cars and others that felt big. Honda Element for example was HUGE inside

Was gassing up yesterday (1/2 tank @ $4.59/gallon=$38) and the guy behind me was filling his Ram 1500. He was asking all kinds of questions about my Maverick, gas mileage, etc. No regrets on purchase. That it is small is why I'm buying it. Fits better in the garage than the F-150 and the bed is big enough for 100% of what I need a truck for. The interior is nearly exact size of a Ford Escape, so if that is comfortable so to will be the truck We have a 2018 Ford Escape and the interior space is fine.
I’m 6’1’ 200 lbs no problemWalked by one in a parking lot today and it looks tiny. I am 6’2” and worried it will be like a clown car. However it could just be me
. I am driving the same mid size SUV for 12 years for so it could be just an adjustment period
Any other tallish guys driving a Maverick?

I'm 6'3 and no issue with leg or head room and i have a sunroof. I will admit i was concerned when ordering my Lariat having never driven a Maverick that legroom (and other general driving things) would not be sufficient. The other concern was that I've always found that power seats seem to have slightly less leg room than the manual seat. Before I ordered my truck I sat in a new Bronco Sport to gauge the potential legroom as the Maverick shares the same build platform as the Bronco Sport and Escape models. I've read comments from 6'6 guys and they love "all the legroom". I'm not sure I agree, lol. But who knows, maybe there is a bit more legroom with a manual seat...Walked by one in a parking lot today and it looks tiny. I am 6’2” and worried it will be like a clown car. #humblebrag5-10.5 and 188 pounds, but I was worried about my size 14 feet. No problem. I've only had it a few days but the head room is really fine. My wife is 5-10 and has no complaints.
My friend wanted to drive it around the block, and I watched him leave an I noticed that although he is 5-11 and 200 pounds he did not look like a bullfrog in a jelly jar, which is what I was worried about. He looked like a regular dude driving an SUV or something.
I think because it is not on a truck chassis that the cabin has more height to it than I expected.
Very happy with it so far.
Same weight, more head, leg, and shoulder room than my 2014 328xdrive sedan. Wild stuff.Walked by one in a parking lot today and it looks tiny. I am 6’2” and worried it will be like a clown car. However it could just be me

Yeah I parked my 2016 Colorado WT next to it and the only difference was the bed length and a couple inches shorter. It has way more room since it’s a super crew, and without seeing other trucks you wouldn’t even think it’s a “compact”Same here. My first reaction when I saw my first Maverick in person (mine), was surprise at how big it was. I've owned small cars and trucks all my life....and this one doesn't qualify as small at all in my book. Inside...or out.
