I'm 6' 3" around 195 or so and been driving Rangers for 32 years. Never sat in a Mav, let alone drive one but I am totally confident it will be an as good or better fit for me than the classic Ranger.

If the day every comes when my six pack abs turn into a couple of two litre bottles than I may need to step up to a F-150. :ROFLMAO:  :D:p

Walked by one in a parking lot today and it looks tiny. I am 6’2” and worried it will be like a clown car. However it could just be me😵💫. I am driving the same mid size SUV for 12 years for so it could be just an adjustment period 🤔

Any other tallish guys driving a Maverick?

its deceptive.

compared to new trucks its a wee bae min small.

but up close its a normal size vehicle

inside its very spacious. also the seat can go pretty low - so you beanpole gangle monsters will be just fine.

She is 6’3”?
My wife's best friend is 6'2" (I think, I'm 6'1" and she's a tiny bit taller than I am). She has sat in the back seat of our Maverick (behind my 5'8" wife) easily over 20 times now. Don't know how comfortable it is for her, but haven't heard a complaint.

Yea my wife had a Prius and it was surprisingly roomy inside. With the hatchback I could remove the front wheel on my mountain bike and it fit in no problem

I’m 6’ at 220 and my son is 6’4” at 350+, we both fit comfortably. I have an xlt and son has lariat, both 2.0/AWD

Steers like a truck, handles like a suv, has a FULL WRAP bumper; affordable with mileage at acceptable mpg…..

I had the same reaction. I originally ordered based on height stats given by ford, but that height includes the antenna on top. Definitely shorter than most compact crossovers.
The Santa Cruz is a good deal taller, though probably not more spacious inside.
I’m used to my maverick now, but yeah, it’s low relative to crossovers and even compared to its stablemate the Bronco Sport (my mom owns a bronco sport and a maverick of her own and prefers the height of the bronco).

5' 11" and a lot of room to spare for me, you'll be fine.
