You need to compare lariat hybrids with adaptive cruise and lane centering installed to yours and then go line by line to determine what the change is.Alot IPMA blocks are not available for me to update. Any block with number 3 and on are not in the car( crossed out in my markups). I didnot want to update half. I took the notes on old sheet what I found different. Anyone with 2025 maverick CCM could share some of these numbers from their modules? If you know that one which bring in CCM to show in module let me know. I can randomly try some but again worried that will brick my car.

Thanks, got some info and made a sheet to compare with my VIN and a Lariat for sale nearby. You can always just find a Lariat vin number in the for sale ads online and then download the as built file here
https://www.motorcraftservice.com/AsBuilt
It will open in FORSCAN when you click load all in the module you want to see
Surprisingly my backed up Asbuilt before I do anything and I downloaded from motorcraft service is different. I did not see any difference it made but some code gets updated. I assume same for Lariat. Thanks, got some info and made a sheet to compare with my VIN and a Lariat for sale nearby.
I see differences between my truck and the notes @HaveMave took as well, probably due to differing options between our XLs
The IPMA is so different from the 2024, I decided to included them all, just gotta figure out whats what.
My scan tool will be in tomorrow and I can compare the as built with whats on the truck too.
Edit: tagged the wrong person sorry!

At this point I ran out of options. On touch my CCM module is warm-hot. There are some menu in EZ side of forscan in IPMA. I could enable ACC like set radar to present and fusion radar like that. When tweaked those, I got a message like lost communication with CCM?( Didn’t take pictures, talking off memory) U0104 code -and U2101 incomplete or incorrect input but nothing much![]()
This compare: 02-02 XL to Lariat appears to go x04x to x05x as the F150's do.
Should have got a Lariatit's true that it's possible to option an XLT so much that it gets uncomfortably close to lariat pricing.
however, I thought about doing this retrofit on a no-options Lobo 402A because I don't want the sunroof or pleather seats in the 702A, and it's 5.5k cheaper for the 402A ($36500 vs $43000, roughly).
I further thought about buying a Tremor grille to mount the ACC radar problem-free, but that would bring the ACC add-on into the 2k range.
Already covered in posts 50, 54, 56...Should have got a Lariat
where did you find the extra pins for this plug? I want to take a crack at this and see if I can get the CCM recognized.I scanned as a new profile but I didn’t change anything in IPMA yet, if that’s the case I will try again when it is a little cooler outside.
Adding pin was hard part. There was no pin in 9, 18, 19 and 20. I added and checked with multimeter for continuity.

Did you ever get the missing blocks to show up earlier?my CCM module is warm-hot. There are some menu in EZ side of forscan in IPMA. I could enable ACC like set radar to present and fusion radar like that. When tweaked those, I got a message like lost communication with CCM?( Didn’t take

That happened to me today messing with the ACM. Wrote changes to 7D0-01-01 and power cycled the truck, got a DTC and block 01 was absent. I reset the DTCs then tried to connect to that module again, and the missing blocks came back, reverted my changes and all was well again.
