Probably a Forscan issue with your 2025 Maverick.I had pins available for another make shift pigtail. I put those in the IPMA pigtail at 9 18 19 20. CCM never got recognized. I think either those pin number were not correct or my CCM had gone bad. I had connected everything temporarily so after that I reverted connection to the factory config. I still have camera calibration DTC. It didn’t go away even I drove a while. I do not see calibration service in forscan. If any of you know how to calibrate camera in Forscan please let me know.
Appreciate you collating all that for us.Some part numbers and diagrams for reference and help...
CCM Sensor Assy S1PZ-9E731-A
CCM Sensor Bracket SZ6Z-14C022-B
Screw W506976S450B
CCM Sensor Plastic Cover SZ6Z-17E810-A
( For reference only - IPMA High Module Lariat SZ6Z-14G647-C... IPMA Low Module XLT SZ6Z-14G647-A)
CCM Front Wiring Assembly (I probably would just build my own harness) SZ6Z-14B474-DA
Though I appreciate your effort, I would advise connecting temporarily first to see if works. Once found CCM communicating all these harness route can be ironed out.I pulled my wires halfway, and added a few extra in case I want to add an amp later. It was relatively straightforward hiding it with the factory harness running under the sill trim on the drivers side.

Also there’s a nice big rubber stopper in a conveniently located spot on the firewall under the steering wheel. Tomorrow I plan to get under the truck, pull the wires down and to the left once it’s through the firewall and snake around the wheel well towards the front end.
The CCM will be here as well but the pigtail to connect the CCM won’t arrive until Monday, so I won’t be able to play with anything this weekend. I will probably pull off the bumper and try to finish the hardware install Tuesday evening. Or Monday if wirenutting the CCM directly to the pigtail at the IPMA successfully allows it to communicate.
Anyone know if there’s a boot ford has that will fit this hole? And do y’all think it matters if the CCM is mounted high or low on the front grills? It looks like there’s two options.

Of course, I’m planning to have the pigtails wire nutted together right behind the backseat. Pulling the wire was not very hard and I needed to be done eventually anyway, so that I could have signal wires running to the amp I plan to install in the future.Though I appreciate your effort, I would advise connecting temporarily first to see if works. Could any of you with 2025 maverick check if you see camera calibration as bluespec1 mentioned here? I do not see that option. I am having conversations with Forscan contact but just checking it is not my hardware issue. Could it be my connector? I have the one attached below. TIA.Probably a Forscan issue with your 2025 Maverick.
Might try a previous version or may have to contact [email protected] about the problem. https://forscan.org/contactus.html
For 2023 Maverick I see IPMA Lane Departure Warning System Camera Calibration in Service Procedures.

The wiring diagrams posted look correct. My XL has rear blind spot sensors from the factory. Vacant pins on the plug in this pic 1,3-4,9-10, 18-20 and the colors and positions of the wires that are present match the diagram.I wish we have some helpful guys with 2025 Lariat here in group. It is just folding the back seat down and taking a picture of connector of IPMA. Any 2025 Lariat owner chiming in to help. No tools needed just wanted to see how Lariat does it?
This is where I hit the dead road. I think Forscan is not yet capable of Calibration and CCM stuff for 2025 Maverick. Are you able to see if you have option to do camera calibration for IPMA in service menu? The wiring diagrams posted look correct. My XL has rear blind spot sensors from the factory. I had originally wired the CCM backwards, accidentally swapped power with ground, and the communication wires with each other. The DTC said open or short to ground on the IPMA.
After the fixing the error, the module warms up with power but I’m unable to get it to show up on forscan. I’ve changed asbuilt values and tried easy mode settings for IPMA anything related to cruise control, and the module won’t show. Just the lost communication DTC. In addition, my lane keep assist and foward collision warning and braking are unavailable.

Camera calibration is missing from my service menu, but I didn’t check before making changes. I’ll reset to original asbuilts next chance and see. This is where I hit the dead road.
