Rear Window not rolling up

I had this replaced on mine which is the master switch. Decided to buy one just in case it happens again. They are fairly cheap.

I'm definitely buying a back up now after this!! Thank you so much. I super appreciate it

Common fault, bad batch of window switches

Does this issue occur on all trims or specific ones?

If it's the drivers door switch that is bad then why can't you roll up the window using the switch at that door?

don't think I've read about it with the 4 way one touch windows, could be wrong.

Mine was fixed yesterday, The switch is off back order

Butler Ford and Crown Ford checked mine and said it was the motor for the window and the regulator. They have my motor but my regulator I've been waiting over 3 months for

That stinks. You would think that a part like that would be universal across the models and they would have some in stock.

Don't get me wrong, I am very grateful for Butler Ford propping it up for me while I was out of town camping. I'm just super annoyed to have a brand spanking new truck with issue already that takes months to fix. Happy it's nothing major. Just slightly annoyed lol

Their are many posts about this problem do a search think its the rt rear window having a problem, I would call ford.

I've called Ford do many times. My local dealer and multiple 800 numbers and transfers. The customer service is extremely lack luster with helping. I keep getting the 'I don't care and keep waiting lady' attitude 🥲
