I've called Ford do many times. My local dealer and multiple 800 numbers and transfers. The customer service is extremely lack luster with helping. I keep getting the 'I don't care and keep waiting lady' attitude 🤦‍♀️🥲

Don't get me wrong, I am very grateful for Butler Ford propping it up for me while I was out of town camping. I'm just super annoyed to have a brand spanking new truck with issue already that takes months to fix. Happy it's nothing major. Just slightly annoyed lol
