There's a bunch of orders stuck on "Returned from Body Company". My guess is that there is a shortage of some parts that is affecting all the orders hence why they are not showing as "Built" yet. The ETA can be ignored until the status changes to "Shipped".

What is the 5 digit program number for the APR certificate? Has your dealer confirmed that the certificate number you were given applies to the Maverick? The reason why I'm asking is that customer's are given certificates all the time by Ford but not all will be applicable to the Maverick...

It sounds like that this may be the case. They have built a bunch of Maverick's and they have been parked up while they wait for the missing parts to come in. If they were completely built then the Ford tracker or Ford CS would be able to see the built status and it would be awaiting shipping.

If you have a 2024 Maverick coming then there is no special or discounted APR offer from Ford.

Did they tell you what the secondary status is? I get it if the Ford tracker website is messed up, but Ford's internal system should be acurate.

Give Ford Customer service a call and once they give you the status ask them to check the secondary status which you give you a little more information If it's waiting for a train then it should still show as "Built" on the tracker and "Shipped" on the status that Ford CS can see. Also the...

I've seen where the tracker changes back to "Order Confirmed" when the vehicle has shipped. The tracker will correct itself the next day and you will get an email saying that it has been shipped. It should show a date under built though so I have no idea what is going on in this case.

I don't think it will just show up. The status from Ford or your dealer will show the tracking and location of the vehicle during transit.
