The 400 watt inverter requires that the hybrid is in accessory with DCDC active as power comes from the HVB and NOT THE 12V battery.I once tried to run a sawsall, no go. Used it once to charge a laptop. Mostly it goes unused.
I have often thought that there is an opportunity for Ford to offer a big inverter for the Maverick. Even if the truck needs to be idling, it would provide emergency power. But then, that is what "Pro Power Onboard" is on the F150 Hybrid.
