I did not dig deep to see the details but Veterans Advantage posted this:

Will it help if you don't have a production date yet? Don't know. Maybe worth checking out.

The X & A/Z/D-plans are dealer optional, you should talk with your dealer and make sure they are willing to accept the X-plan conditions.

If you can't get x plan (or maybe in addition not sure), the Farm Bureau is an easy one. $500 off after being a member for 30 days. Net $450 savings for me...

If your dealership participates in the X-Plan then it is worth it (somewhat). The X-Plan only saved me $256 on my XL but it limits the doc fee the dealer can charge to $100. My dealer's doc fees were $500 so I saved $400 on it. A total savings of $656 and I didn't have to sign up for anything. Just gave them my pin that I generated on the X-Plan site and I was good to go. You are obligated to tell them you're an X-Plan participant up front. You can't wait until the last moment and spring it on them.
