Only had it a couple of weeks, but no issues yet. Took about a half day to get used to how the hybrid functions (regen, ecvt) compared to a pure gas engine and traditional automatic trans. Significantly different feel than my previous daily driver which is 46 years old ('77 F100). Love it so far!

Old daily driver. Believe it or not, the Maverick is the same length as this short box truck from bumper to bumper.

Aside from the recall, it has been flawless and has never left me stranded on the side of the road :)

I see many posts on this forum that mention problems with Mav Hybrids like "Deep Sleep", axle problems, grabby brakes, etc. Are these the exception or the norm?

I'd like to know how many people on this forum have had NO problems with their Mav Hybrids.

Please comment only if yours is a Hybrid, with NO problems and please include:
1) Model Year
2) Month/Year of delivery
2) # of problem free miles

My Hybrid Lariat, MY24 (23 rollover) is in production now (Oct 26, 2023) and I hope to have it soon. I'm optimistic that my Maverick will be problem free for many years and miles.
2023 Maverick lariat hybrid with every option only about 800 miles but the brakes aren’t grabby they are hybrid brakes that you have to get used to you come off gas slowly then let the engine slow you down before you get on the brakes. It’s about a two day learning curve.

I have a 2022 hybrid delivered December of 2021. 56k miles and counting. Hybrid XLT LUX + Sunroof. Only problem so far was a small leak from the valve cover gasket, I noticed it and waited to get it fixed until an oil change, it was covered under warranty. It hasn't lived an easy life either.

My Maverick hybrid is a 2023, delivered Oct , 2023 with 987 trouble free miles. I love this truck.
2021 model received in May of 2022, Maverick XLT Hybrid with 16, 453 miles. I have had one recall fixed and then was recalled, one customer satisfaction item (fixable but not recalled item), and found out there is another recall on the powertrain something about reprogramming the control module. The latest recalls do not have fixes yet. With that all being said, we have not had any major issues. It has performed well., even though we are currently receiving a message that states "Drive vehicle to reconnect FordPass and exit battery saver mode." My son has it at college and says even when it states that on the FordPass app there is no malfunctioning on his end. I read a post of a MachE owner that said they heard that it is because of a signal issue but I have yet to confirm this finding.
