It should show in any Ford dealer system. My Granger warranty from 2023 first showed up in Fordpass, then the updates to Fordpass took it away. It's irritating. I think the dealer is just hoping you don't remember you have the Ford ESP from Granger and is trying to double you up.

California and Florida have laws protecting the dealers and preventing the sale of extended warranties from out-of-state companies. Others have gotten around this by using a relatives address in an eligible state on the warranty application.

Yes, from Madison, Wi to Colorado with adult daughter. From Madison to Des Moines with me in backseat. All around town with adult kids, sometimes 3 in back. No complaints.

Not sure what you mean, did you get your truck at Granger? They tried to sell you a non-Ford ESP? That hasn't been anyone else's experience. Neither has the high pressure sales tactics.

Sorry for the way my reply sounded. I guess i was feeling a little snarky yesterday. We did have the heat exchanger done at about 20,000 miles. There is also a customer satisfaction program 26N04 for the exhaust gas heat recovery system that shows up on our FordPass.

Yes, it was a minor inconvenience to drop it off and pick it up later that day. If it's that big a deal to you, you should get out of it now and buy something else.

I'm betting your battery is going bad. This is a common symptom. The dealer is likely confused about the braking on a an ecoboost vs hybrid.

I'd have them replace the battery before taking it off the lot. Take a screenshot of the deep sleep and print out the pages and pages of complaints on here.

Do you mind sharing the name of the shop? My son in Platteville has an XL coming and that's about the only option we wanted. If the shop is in Dubuque, that's an easy drive for him to have it done.

Keep both, I believe I had to have one printed from the time I ordered (11/21) versus the time I picked up (2/23).

Will be adding the dash cubby and auto-locking tailgate (XL)
