Hello my fellow Maverick truck owners. I've seen so many posts regarding various issues, recalls, and general problems with our trucks but who else here has had pretty much no issues or problems with their trucks like me. Other than the couple recalls that where fixed via Ford's mobile service, I've had no issues with my little beast.(Knock on wood). No issues at all I'm proud to say..Anyone else?

I've only had my '24 XLT EcoBoost AWD with 4K Towing since 10/28, and I just hit 3000 miles with it on Sunday, but I've had no issues worth doing anything about so far.

For Christmas, I drove north to NC to visit relatives, and one bizarre thing happened. Somehow the temperature display in the instrument cluster switched to Celsius, but on the touchscreen it was still Fahrenheit. The next time I started the truck, it was back to Fahrenheit.

Also on that trip, when it was in the 20s outside, I heard a dash rattle or squeak, but it went away with warmer temperatures and I haven't heard it since.

On that trip, I was shocked by the wind noise around the A pillar. It was actually fatiguing me. That's my biggest problem with the design, but it's only really an issue on a long trip.

I'm not crazy about the super-cheap interior materials, but I knew I was buying Ford's cheapest vehicle.

One thing that seems to bother a lot of people that doesn't bother me at all is the dial shifter. I lurked on here during the months I waited for my Maverick to be built, and read people talking about how it "spins freely" and has "no detents," so I was concerned. I don't get it. It's not like you bump it and it twirls, and when I turn it, I definitely feel detents. I've never knocked it accidentally.

MY24 XL Hybrid received 4/1/24 that now has 18K+ miles has not been back to the dealer for anything. I did replace the cheap OEM 12v battery with an AGM battery to hold over until there is a real fix for the charging issue.

Zero issues with my MY22 EB AWD lariat. Did have one recall for the blinder out notification thing but i couldn't have cared less about that. So far solid as a rock, not even a squeak or rattle. Hope I don't jinx myself

My 2024 XL Hybrid now has 16k trouble free miles while averaging almost 43MPG. There have been only two minor issues, the reverse camera froze one time, and I thought Ford may have welded the oil filter in place given how hard it was to remove the first time.

Fingers crossed my luck continues for another couple hundred thousand miles!

I've had mine since July 27th, 2024. I have about 6,100 mi on it which for me is a lot, I only averaged about 5,800 miles a year and the most I ever put on in a one year period was about 6,500, so I'm going to surpass that big time in my first year ownership. But so far no issue is whatsoever. Not saying that I won't get any, but none right now. I did get one error that said the something about the camera I can't remember what the error was but it was because a bird had done its duty and the mess was like right where the front facing camera would be. Once I cleaned off the doo doo everything worked fine.

23 xlt lux hybrid, 36,000 miles. Just had the CV axles done under warranty, they replaced the battery while it was in for the axles without us asking. One other warranty item but I can't remember what it was. The recalls have been done but were unnoticeable and done during an oil change. It has been a great truck. Thinking about getting another to replace my van with 200,000 miles on it.

We did buy an extended warranty from Granger and used the Ford Pass points to offset some of the cost. It was very reasonable.

Just over 14,000 on my MY22 Eco XL...
Two occurances (Camera) have been corrected by "Rebooting" the Info system..
Otherwise, VERY HAPPY.. :giggle:
