I have tried multiple times to find Ford's live chat site to get an update on my Maverick order. Have gone to the Ford Customer Service website and there's info about chat but no link to start a chat session. Could somebody point me in the right direction to access the chat site. Many thanks.
Also, Ford sent me an email saying my build date was the week of 12/12 but then pushed it back to 12/19. I have a VIN and window sticker. When I go to Ford's tracking site it tells me its "In Production" but the little circle thing isn't check. So is it being built or not?

I constantly have the same problem on Chrome Browser with the CHAT button not appearing. I can only get tracking by using Dissenter browser. Try a different browser???

Call800-334-4375 and give them your vin. They can tell where your truck is.

Yep. Mine was the same. It was built the next week.

Yep thats the one. Click on the Start Chatting button and a window should pop up. Chrome is the worst about it though. I suggest the OP try Edge since it comes baked into Windows that way they won't have to down load another browser.

Call Ford at 800-334-4375 and they should be able to get you a status update , you just need to have your order number and/or VIN handy

I have run into that too and it seems to work in in the Edge browser.
I think it is some odd extension I have in the chrome browser. Dissenter is based on Chrome, but the tracker works there for me...but almost none of the Ford site (build and price, even) works in Chrome on my laptop. All works fine on Chrome in the phone.

Make sure you have location services on in your browser settings.

As for the circle question:

When the circle is present, you’ve started that step. When the circle is filled, you’ve completed that step.

To all who replied to my post -- thank you. Changed browser to Edge and would you believe the chat button miraculously appeared. Go figure. What I learned from chat. My Shadow Black XL EB AWD with 4k hitch is scheduled for 12/20 build. Like the rest of you I can hardly wait.
