Can someone give me their thoughts on when I should hear from Ford?

Ordered my XLT on 10/4/2021. Have not heard a thing and my dealer has no idea. Any suggestions?

Did you receive confirmation from Ford that they received your order? If so, what are you expecting to hear? You should get your notification that your truck is scheduled for production between 1 and 26 weeks from now.

Thank you for the reply. My dealer told me on Friday that it is still showing "unscheduled". He told me when I ordered it in October that it should be in January or Feb. He is wrong I guess?

There is not a lot of rhyme or reason behind how Ford pulls orders for scheduling. Apart from the various (and dynamic) constraints that exist, it's almost impossible to predict when an order will be scheduled for production. I think there are still members here with June and July orders who are still waiting to be scheduled

Then again, there are members who had their orders scheduled within a month of placing their order. It's a crap shoot. Good luck.

It’s a 99 civic. It’ll last till 2099!

I ordered an XLT Hybrid Oct 9. There’s been no communication except for the order confirmation email. Dealer said I was still priority 19 when I asked last week.
