Curious if anyone has been pushed back farther than 11/14 as that has been quoted as the final production week? With all the orders being pushed to 11/14 this could get interesting.

I'm guessing they will extend the 2022 production through December. I haven't seen anyone scheduled later than 11/14, but there are way too many scheduled for that week. MY23 production is currently scheduled to start 11/16, but I think there is no way that will happen now.

Something's gotta give and, I agree, the '23 production will probably get pushed back. I'm scheduled 11/14. So, I'm very interested in some news.

Not yet, but at the rate I've been pushed back I wouldn't be surprised. These have been my build dates so far... 8/29/22, 9/5/22, 9/26/22 ,10/10/22, 10/17/22, & now as of today 10/31/22....
I was really hoping I'd get this truck by Christmas this year, but at this rate, I'm not getting my hopes up.

Delivered on 10/5. Dealership let me have it on 10/8. It was a miracle.

Bought a Santa Cruz today. Taking delivery either tomorrow or Friday I'm holding my maverick order for now, but I couldn't wait anymore, we needed a vehicle. Can't wait to get it, and I've already gotten more communication from Hyundai in the past 6 hours than I've gotten from ford in the past year.

Bought a Santa Cruz today. Taking delivery either tomorrow or Friday I'm holding my maverick order for now, but I couldn't wait anymore, we needed a vehicle. Can't wait to get it, and I've already gotten more communication from Hyundai in the past 6 hours than I've gotten from ford in the past year.

Honestly, it was never on my radar at all. I thought it looked awful lol. I just looked it up and called the dealer, and it happened to be getting unloaded right while the sales manager was talking to me lol. First one they've had for dealer stock too. It looks so much better in person, and the interior is way nicer than my coworkers xlt mav.

I like the Santa Cruz. I like the looks, I like features, but what I like was also way out of my budget. I followed it from announcement and while waiting on the price reveal Ford dropped the Maverick with a sweeter price + hybrid.

Yeah, the pricing and hybrid is what really got me with the maverick. I still intend to test drive my order, whenever it finally arrives. Very seriously considering buying it to flip. Or maybe I'll love it and trade in the Santa Cruz either way, it's a massive relief to finally have a new vehicle.

I never intended for my car to go another full year when I ordered the maverick lol. My wife's car broke down and has been out of commission for 2 weeks now, and it may be another week before it's finally fixed. Juggling one car is bad enough, but when the car being juggled has lots of problems, it's been a year since ordering and it gets pushed back another month... Talk about stress .

Well after 360 days from order date i pick up my maverick hybrid lariat with lux and co pilot.
i have been reading this forum for a while now and have read all the bad stories and trouble members have had getting there trucks.
i do want to tell you about a Dealer that in the beginning said you will need to have patience.
they could not and would not tell me how long it would take to get my truck.
i received e mails from Ford with all the usual what i thought were BS updates. and i received monthly up dates from my dealer and every now and than i called ford customer service between all 3 i think i was keep in the know about my order hell i even new what train car it was in and the date it unloaded in Mair Loma U P yard OCT 2.

Did not and do not understand allocation to dealers.
Wanted to order a my23 for one of my supers went in the day that it was going to close my dealer already had 85 orders and said do not wast your time we are full and you would most likely not get a 23 wait until 24's are open to order. Or maybe get lucky and they reopen for 23.

ADVANTAGE Ford in Duarte is the upfront and straight shooting dealer i would recommend to anyone in Southern Calif. to deal with.
Talk to Zareh Chirnian GM of Sales
they honored all items from when i ordered gave me 3 interest rates to chose from 0.9, 1.9, 3.5%
all of which was being offered when i placed my order.
i did not even have to mention any thing about Smart Vincent to them

I am sorry for the members that have had problems with other dealers.
Zareh and i had a long talk about all the issues i have read about and he understood them
a lot of dealers did not and still do not understand the ordering process and Ford has not given good instructions or they have not study them.

GOOD LUCK
This is the right truck form me and my company.
Will get one for one of my supers as soon as we can and not pay over MSRP.

Excellent, see a check mark in shipped!!!! See final preparation is being done. Perhaps this is the day you finally get your Maverick!!

Think the freeware order track site was useful when Ford's order tracking was down, but not so much when shipping. That said perhaps the expected time in status will be pretty close. Still hoping my Mav arrives at the dealership tomorrow and will be able to pick it up on the 15th.

As a rollover MY2023 order, if I'm not scheduled by January of February I will look to see if I can get a Santa Cruz or a Toyota Tacoma.
