That is actually just the standard response for them. Doesn't mean anything about priority code.Just contacted the customer service about my 10/2 Hybrid/Lux/360 order. I'm still a priority 10 after asking the rep, which is the same as when I ordered, but she indicated the following which sounds more like a priority 2:
