Add me to the list. My truck may be one of the last ones to get the SIBL as part of Lux package. That is, if it gets built this model year.
Lariat hybrid luxury package ordered an confirmed 10 23 no word from anyone

Wait a minute! Where's my 9/20 order?
Say what? Are you saying they’re not doing it in order like they said they would? 🤣

Ordered on 10/10 and got confirmed on 10/11. Talked with Ford and they gave me my Vin #. Rep advised me to get a General Managers Signature on my order papers (didn't realize that I didn't have them signed). Drove down to see my salesman and he came back with the signed papers. He was checking my order and came back and said that he thinks that it looks like my Maverick is scheduled for a built date for the end of this month (fingers crossed). Also said I should be able to get the 1.9% financing for 36 months (I placed a deposit of a little over $14,000). Hybrid XL Oxford White with co-pilot 360 and SIBL. He also mentioned that Ford is pushing to have all MY22 orders completed before they start building the MY23's.
I think there was 0% 36 month offer available in early October. I know that was the deal when I ordered on Halloween.

They had BETTER honor that same deal if/when mine gets built or I am going to go postal on the finance guy.

There are many threads on here regarding the financing offered on your order date being "protected" no matter when they finally get around to delivering the car.

I'd curb my expectations. I haven't seen a post where someone got that deal in months. I'd say if you don't have it on paper, it doesn't exist at this point. Sorry dude.

Something I don’t think too many have considered is…….getting a late 2022 will mean your miles on the truck will be thousands less, if not tens of thousands less than many others with 2022 trucks. Eventually that will count for something in terms of value. Just adding a glass half full vision, which for me may be a once a decade sort of thing. Personally expecting an October delivery at best, most likely a 23. HPR hybrid lariat lux.

you may be correct on the half full, a 22 with low miles . However the 23 may be a full glass especially this late in the model year

In terms of valuation, years down the road a 23 will always have more value than a 22 when time for resale.......especially is unforeseen warranty/wear issues/patterns arise on the 22's as these trucks get used more and more (many people refuse to buy "first-year" new models due to the perception that there will always be bugs that need to be worked out & solved)

For that valuation reason.......I am kind of hoping that Ford kicks the can down the road on my build a few more months so that I can be one of the first kids on the block with a 23 instead of one of the very last 22's.

I wish I had my truck 6 moths ago......but now that I am kind of resigned to waiting, my attitude has shifted to something like: "I've waited this long........what is a few more months going to hurt?" (To get a 23 instead of 22).

I think you are wrong....there are dozens & dozens of people on this message board that have gotten their financing approved to the terms offered on order date vs. delivery date.

There will always be finance people at the dealerships that will attempt to push you into the "current" rates...... and sheepish people who will go along to get along because they don't know any better or don't have the testicular fortitude to challenge the intimidating finance people.

I am grateful and appreciative of everybody on this message board who have shared their finance experiences. It is because of them I will enter the finance office on the day of purchase knowing exactly what the policy is and prepared to take it to the mat if I get any pushback.

...After so many months of waiting and having been disappointed so many times, I can't believe this is actually happening. All of you out there with October orders . . . this is our time - Believe . . .
<= Look at my avatar.

:D Today Ford chat said "The order has been entered into the Ford Ordering System. It will then be scheduled and placed in the first available production week."
and
"Scheduled to Week (Week -of Jun-20-2022)"

I welcome all October Hybrid Orders to unite tomorrow and focus our energy on getting scheduled. I hope and think there will be a few of us chosen.
Just contacted the Ford Chat Line about my order status. Ordered a basic XL Hybrid on October 21. The Priority Code has been upgraded to 02, which is a good thing. Appears that there are signs of progress and hope for the October Hybrid orders.
