Non-lockable gas tank why?

Which new vehicles sold today have locking gas caps? Have you had issues with people messing with your gas cap/tank?

Do you leave your truck unlocked because that is the only way for someone to open the filling door.

On the Hybrid you need to press a button in the cabin to depressurize the fuel tank which then opens the filler door.

So instead of being lazy and asking for a gas cap lock just lock the damn truck

I thought you could just yank the green thing up in the wheel well to open the filler door.

It’s hard to steal the gas without the thingy you put in the thingy. You know, the thingy they give you that’s stored in the thingy. How many gas thief’s carry a thingy with them?

No one siphons gas anymore. It's much quicker to punch a hole in the gas tank and drain it into a container.

I don't see any vehicles later than 2019 on the application listing. Is it old?

So, If it fits 2019, the capless fuel is the same from then on. No difference in design. And you order it through your dealer it should be returnable if it does not fit.

Today, it doesn't matter. People are mean today. Just for fun, pleasure of seeing hurt come your way, whatever. If you leave it in the open, it will be taken, regardless if it is needed. Sad the world has changed to this.
