I have Rokblokz on the back of mine, and no, the rear seat back does not fold completely flat, but it's not because of the seat belt.

I got the same mud flaps as @Geo8866 and I also put on the wheel well trims, also by Mabett.
The flaps and trims work well together, they offer some good protection and look good doing it.

Seat back doesn't fold down, it moves just enough to let you install anchors on a child's car seat. The bottom cushion folds up and locks into place although the floor is not flat.

Mud flaps, I got the Mabett one's off of Amazon for about 35 bucks. Personally I like them.

Mud flaps help with reducing the snow/ice/crud build up underneath the doors and behind the rear wheels. Many posts about gap behind the rear wheel. I have both the gap filler and mud flaps to minimize the crud buildup.

when I first put them on our maverick is thought I wasted my money since I was protecting all the plastic underbody cladding. But some say it protects the undercarriage.

I bought them from Mabett. They got loose from the fasteners initially but work okay, and look good. I used metal fasteners because the plastic ones were inefficient.
Half of the roads here don’t have pavement so they work for me.

I use the Weathertech rear mud flaps in combination with the Mabbett shield to cover the gap behind the driver's side rear wheel.

I had the Musology flaps first, but replaced them with the Mabett flaps. I like the flexibility of the Mabett better and the fact that they don't wrap around and touch on the painted surfaces. I also have the gap filler from Mabett, but haven't put it on yet.
