Metallic Rattle Behind Passenger Dash

I'm experiencing a metallic rattle behind the passenger dash at highway speeds. It is not affected by running the a/c. I thought it could be the windshield alignment pins issue, but it honestly sounds like a loose washer vibrating somewhere. I found one spot where the washer fluid tube under the hood could have been rattling, but I taped it down to test and that wasn't it. I'm not finding anything loose behind the glove compartment door or the cabin air filter. Any ideas?

If you find your rattle-buzz please post what you found. My does the same rattle but only when outside temperatures are around 50-65 degrees [spring & fall].

Have similar rattle when driving into our subdivision with somewhat rough concrete road, at 25-30 mph. And on other similar roads in the area. I might ask county to budget, add blacktop to this old lime road.

Or get a case of that Good Stuff foam spray, spray, hit everything under that dash. Fix any loose stuff under that dash. Extra insulation !

The dealer shop found it! There was a loose screw sitting behind the inner fender wall. Bizarre-o. Makes me feel good that my ears thought it was a loose washer.

I've got that EXACT same rattle. Didn't start until about 30,000 miles. Also..it is intermittent. And NOT based on outside temp. Which fender well was the loose screw in?? Thanks.
