I bet the steering Knuckle bolts the caliper farther out on performance . Same size caliper. I think the only rotor that is used for us is 363
THIS..... or maybe the mounting ears on the caliper are actually longer on the LKxx calipers.

@Jtitzer56 do you think a bigger rotor would have fit with your caliper?

I’ll be the guy to save yall some time, will definitely not fit Maverick 17s. Maybe some 17s with a bigger offset and a flatter barrel.

Nice! Looks like there might be just enough space for an 18" wheel though!!

Did you do the install yourself or do you also have a Mach-e?

I found the calipers for 60 each and impulse bought them… then did the math and a test fit. I found Maverick bap 18s from ford for 130 a rim so they are on there way! Then we will see again because I don’t see anyone with factory Maverick rims running this set up

I only plan to run the 18's as my winter wheels. I'm ordering a set of 20's pretty soon. The ONLY other thing to figure out is whether both sizes of rotors fit. If they do, i'll probably order the larger one just because i can but if not its not a deal breaker.

Waiting to hear back from one of the guys on this thread if it looked like he could've fit the larger rotors instead of the smaller ones....

My caliper showed up today so hopefully I can get some time this weekend to check the fit.

Good luck to you, looks like you'll be just a step or three ahead of me!!!

Did you need spacers with those wheels? I haven’t ordered Mach e rotors or pads yet so don’t know if I would need spacers. I know my summers don’t need spacers. If anything I would only need 5mm spacers for stock wheels

No the 17s don’t fit, the caliper was rubbing the rim and I wasn’t even on the lugs yet.

You just saved me a whole buncha time and headache!! I have those exact same wheels and plan to use them for winter.

Two questions:
1. are you planning on running 362mm or 385mm rotors???
2. Is it even possible to run the bigger rotors?

I went looking for new Calipers for the Non Performance Pkg from various Ford OEM's and found these parts numbers for 2021 to 2024 Mach-E's. Note any part that begins with LJxx is for the Non Performance Pkg with 362mm Rotors. LKxx are for the Performance Pkg with 385mm Rotors. No Brembo Calipers at RockAuto found but a lot Rotors to choose from. Note buying new there's a $50 core each Caliper.
have you been able to tell any actual difference between the performance package rotors and the Non-performance, because I haven't. It seems like they are both compatible with either 362 or 385mm rotors....

362mm rotors 385 is overkill. The big rotors are for gt model I believe. unpainted rotors, you only can rock 362mm. Also brake fluid use liquid moly SL 6 dot 4.

From these photos (Top Non-PE/no decal) and (Bottom PE w/ decal) there is a inside radius and overall length difference between the LJ9Z (Non-PE) and the LK9Z (PE) Calipers!
The LJ9Z Calipers for the 362mm Rotors weigh 11.45lbs and for the LK9Z Calipers for the 385mm Rotors weigh 11.7lbs. Also the 362mm (14.25197") rotors weigh 23lbs and the 365mm (15.15748") rotors weigh 27.33lbs. This is taken from Duck Duck Go Search Assist. Personally haven't verified this. But from these photos from GT vs GTPE Mach-E forum, you can see the Caliper's inside radius and caliper lenght difference between the two rotor sizes.

Ugh. After reading all this I checked my calipers and it looks like I got bamboozled. Brembo stickers but Ford/Continental(ATE) red brakes. Argh! Running on OEM 385mm rotors though.

So be careful when sourcing your upgrades .
