I didn't see this mentioned but it appears you are using narrow, spline lug nuts with OEM wheels; that's just asking for trouble IMO. OEM wheels can rip right through spline lugs with a gnarly pothole. You want factory-style bulge lug nuts since you are using OEM wheels. Gorilla makes some nice black ones that would work just fine and seat properly on OEM wheels: 61148BCX

Whatever floats your boat. I wouldn't risk splined nuts on OE wheels, they are not designed for OE wheels and will not seat properly. They may have went on just fine but they are much more likely to loosen since they don't seat correctly like a bulge factory style lug nut would.They are flared.![]()
