Loose Tail light TSB disappeared???

I was able to see the TSB / SSM a few months back in July, and it stated to check back in the 3rd quarter for a solution to the taillights popping out…. Here we are now, and there is no more record of it on the site. Did they delete it because they couldn’t find a fix for the issue? Here’s a screen shot of it stating that replacing the plastic pieces doesn’t correct it… which is true, I have done that a few times already.

I have never seen a TSB for this issue. But my dealer took it to a body shop to be fixed, took them awhile to get it done but now it stays put.

My left tail light popped out about a quarter inch. My service manager ordered new grommets or sockets and replaced them. As soon as I got home the tail light was loose. They ordered more parts, don't know what but when I took it back for the repair they had four mechanics and body men looking at it. Not sure what they did but it is ok now. Not as tight a fit as the right side but good enough for me.

I was wondering about this and the dealer said there was a tsb. I removed the drivers tail light and added very thin washers to the knobs and reinstalled it and have had no issue except a very small body panel gap between light and body. The fit was too tight and the light kept partially popping out. My dealer who is great just said wait for a fix. I hope they are not just hoping people forget. I would like to get it fix if they are actually still fixing it. Very interesting
