Loose tail light

I have the same issue (both sides) and just now thought search the forum. Has anyone had sucess taking it in to the dealer?

I took mine back to the dealership and they popped the old one back in and it popped out again soon after. When I took it in the next time they replaced the tail light entirely and that seemed to fix it
