Yes, I have had my left tail light repaired with new clips at the dealer. It came loose again after that and they had their body shop tech do something. That also came loose. I am waiting for new clips that they ordered to repair it again.
My taillight popped out on the left side. My dealership put new pins in but that did not solve the problem. When I returned for another repair they brought in the body shop guys and they did something to keep it from popping out, not sure what.
I had a 2014 Taurus SEL, the headlights were so weak I could hardly see at night, especially when it was raining. I have a 23 Maverick XLT now and am thrilled with the greatly improved headlights.
My 23 XLT Hybrid had the original 24 month battery replaced by the dealer under warranty. After their test failed the battery was replaced with a 36 month AGM model. I have never been stranded since, but a few times my interior lights did not come on when I open the doors.
My left tail light popped out about a quarter inch. My service manager ordered new grommets or sockets and replaced them. As soon as I got home the tail light was loose. They ordered more parts, don't know what but when I took it back for the repair they had four mechanics and body men looking...
The paperwork that the Finance Mgr. will hope you don't look at. Mine added things without discussing them. I had them taken off, but after I noticed them at home.
