My brother stopped by with my Truck. Now to wait till March to get the real one. Included Lego bags for in the bed.

Sweet! I’m in my late 40s and recently got bit by the Lego bug again. Last bite was in my early 20s. My wife and daughters think I’m crazy. I think I may need help. I have nearly spent $2K in primarily Star Wars Legos in the last couple of months.

Man, talk about a range of emotions:

1. Oh cool, I'd totally build that!
2. Okay gotta order the parts separately, no sweat, let me just
3.

4. I like the pictures enough I guess
I designed this model and thanks for all the love y’all are showing it! The $231.30 number is if you buy parts to build it in the five colors I designed. I built it in yellow and it probably cost about $30 in bricks. Also there are individual instructions available on Rebrickable. Meaning instructions for a single color, not all five, and they’re cheaper too. Just got to the link from the OP and click on my username “IBrickedItUp” and the Mavericks are on page 3 or 4 I think.

Here’s the one I built! Somebody mentioned putting one in the cubby hole next to the infotainment screen. I love that idea!

56 years old here. I had a deprived childhood, not many computers, no high tech social media. Had to play outside for fun.. Got tons Legos though and played with them alot. They were generic blocks and you had to use your imagination. Thanks for designing this.

I would have thought that the driver would look happier. He did, after all, get a new Maverick--with a bunch of goodies in the back. ;)

I gotta say, bang up job you did on these - and thanks so much for saving me from that sticker shock! LOL

now $231 for five Mavericks? Looks like we've got ourselves a proper budget truck once again!

Tall buildings in the background, he lives in the city, had to settle for an ecoboost. That face is hybrid envy....

That was my suggestion. I've been waiting so long (6 plus months) that it seems the that I'll have my Lego Mav before the real deal gets built.

I tried to order one, but they said there were problems with getting all the different pieces together and I could expect shipment sometime mid year. They did put me on a waiting list but admitted customers were chosen at random whenever a complete set was available to buy Oh well

You can order whatever color is available from Lego. He was lucky and found a color very close to Alto Blue like my truck will be.

I have not seen any true models for the Maverick.
Alto Black is much darker. Mine is mistaken as being Black all the time.
