Be careful, most states only allow 4 forward facing lights to be operated at 1 time. Nice work.

I thought fog lights come on with low beam. You might get high beamed if its too much.I like how you attached the fog lights
I agree 100%. I was looking for the fog lights on the Lariat, at least. Seems to be an oversight, as you noted. I am looking forward to more conversion ideas for the "blank plates".Putting those tow hook covers to good use. One has to wonder why the engineers at Ford didn't opt for fog/driving lights on this vehicle. Having the road in front of your truck well lit is primary in my book.
That's the only way to do it properly. When I did off-road lights on my Nissan Frontier Pro-4X I installed a completely separate circuit in the truck. Has its own fuse block and switches.
I like the look but cant tell how flush they sit on the grill. They should be on a seperate switch. State Trooper sees this and he will be writing a n expensive ticket. - https://realtruck.com/blog/are-led-light-bars-street-legal/The way this is hooked up is very dangerous. The led light are hooked up to driving lights. This is going to blind every driver on the road. Don't be that guy, it would be fine if it had its own switch or even hooked to high beams but as is, owner need a nut shot.
Per owner: The light bars are hooked up to the factory driving lights. The orange lights hooked up to the parking lights and the square LEDs to the brights.
LED lights in the grille parts source please. Looks awesome!!!I like how you attached the fog lights
Nicely done. Looks like someone took the time and effort to do a clean and proper install. I'd like the fogs to be on a separate switch from the high beams. Make no mistake, I'm a huge fan of having my vehicle well equipped to light up the road, but after driving the Maverick at night, I'm very impressed with how the L:ED headlights spread across the road and up close. I almost wonder if I need fogs. I suppose I won't know for sure until I happen upon a foggy night. Say, that reminds me of a song .... lol. Many thanks for showing that it can be done and still look factory.Per owner: The light bars are hooked up to the factory driving lights. Because they had to cheap out somewhere, or they had the concept but it was not ready by launch. I bet they will offer it as an option on the 2023 XLT and as standard equipment on 2023 lariatPutting those tow hook covers to good use. Ford may very well offer that option. Since I posted that comment I've been able to drive the Maverick at night and have been very impressed with the LED headlight coverage to where I may not need the fogs. But, then, I live in the suburbs. Country driving may demand the better lighting offered by good fogs.Because they had to cheap out somewhere, or they had the concept but it was not ready by launch. I was thinking the same thing about 3d printing a wedge. I know lights i found had a template with them. So i don't think it would be to difficult to create.I think someone should create a small wedge on a 3D printer to place over the outer part of existing non-tow hook covers so that fog lights can be mounted and direct illumination straight on. I gather those in the pic are directing light slightly toward the side of roads/lane, rather than in front of the Mav.
Nonetheless, creative stuff happening.
Yes that is how all my cars with factory foglights worked. Would only come on when brites where off.I thought fog lights come on with low beam. You might get high beamed if its too much.
I think you make a good point. The covers look as though they are designed to be removed or are fillers for when fogs may be offered.Because they had to cheap out somewhere, or they had the concept but it was not ready by launch.
