  1. 🎉 GIVEAWAY TIME + NEW PRODUCT LAUNCH (Universal Flat Cargo Net) 🎉

As the roadie for my band, I need that net to hold down all the gear, speakers, amps, mic stands and more. Rock on!!!
  2. Service Engine Soon: Engine control system has detected that the exhaust gas recirculation system flow was higher than expected for operating cond.

Thanks for the heads up. I am concerned about Ford's engine block replacement recall notice #23N06 / trouble codes P1061 and or P032F more than this EGR thing, and since it's been at the dealer for over 10 days now. I am beginning to worry. I have a handful of Lemon Law notices from Strategic...
  3. Service Engine Soon: Engine control system has detected that the exhaust gas recirculation system flow was higher than expected for operating cond.

Check engine light on 2022 XLT Hybrid, 16K miles. Dealer says EGR valve needs to be replaced. Recalls a plenty. So what's next?
  4. Dealer says they've never heard of Maverick battery problems

Here we go again. Had the wiring harness replaced (recall) when this happened before. 22 Cactus Grey XLT, 14K mi. and 36 months (battery life/death) is coming soon. I have the extended warranty so maybe they will give me a flashlight to find my way in the dark when the Maverick is sleeping...
  5. Front Storage Pocket (Dash Cubby) Use Ideas?

    This is my answer. :)
  6. Low MPG displayed on short trips in Hybrid

I tried it on 2 15 mile trips. No difference, yet. Gonna reset all settings and try a long run. I usually drive in the Eco mode and turn off traction control too. I wish I could default those settings. Love my XLT Hybrid.
  7. Maverick Hybrid No-start condition. Recall # 22B39.

Yes you were lucky. Did you get towed or a jump start to get it to the dealer? Did they replace the wiring harness? They did on mine. Before and after the no-start condition my mpg is 37 at best. Driving like grandma sucks. :-) . I have a feeling there is more to this electrical problem...
  8. Maverick Hybrid No-start condition. Recall # 22B39.

Just got my Mav back today. It sat there dead at the dealer for a little over 5 weeks.. They got the parts (wiring harness) yesterday and now it's back to happy motoring. :-) I heard there were 109 trucks waiting in the system for parts and my dealer got 2 harnesses.
  9. Maverick Hybrid No-start condition. Recall # 22B39.

IF they have the part in house I'd say get it fixed now. If your truck dies you are facing a tow with it locked in park. If it can be jumped you'll need to get it to the dealer ASAP.
  10. Customer Satisfaction Program 22B39 / possible no-start condition

Yes, the dealer provided a free rental car. I have the extended warranty.
  11. Customer Satisfaction Program 22B39 / possible no-start condition

I had the actual no start condition. The dealer sent a tow truck. He Jump started it to get it out of the garage and I took it straight to the dealer. It's been sitting there for 5 weeks. No parts is what they are saying. Only 6200 miles on my Cactus Gray XLT Hybrid. This sucks!
  12. Maverick Recall Parts Not available

The dealer provided a rental car for free.
  13. Maverick Recall Parts Not available

We got the notice in the mail and decided we'd drop by the dealer to get an appointment. That morning it was dead. Needed a jump from a Ford authorized tow co and took it straight to the dealer and there it sits. :-(
  14. Maverick Hybrid No-start condition. Recall # 22B39.

My Maverick has been in the dealer for over 4 weeks and they say there are no parts available for the fix. Who else is in my fresh hell?
  15. Hybrid XL FWD build w/ Rough Country Leveling Kit, 265/60/18 Nitto Ridge Grapplers, 18" KMC wheels

I want to do this but.... 1) Rough Country says their 1" leveling kit will not fit the Maverick Hybrid. 2)Are there are alignment issues? 3) Are there any issues with sway bar links? 4) Did you install the leveling kit yourself?
