It looks amazing but I have the issues that others are reporting now with their eibach springs and we have taken this thing apart numerous times to check everything. It started with a slight thud when turning left only which led us to think it may be the sway bar end links in the front. Now after some miles and driving on various roads, it is doing the same thing driving straight on road transitions and turning right. I turned into an angled parking lot to go to dinner and it sounded like the whole front end is loose, even though I know it's not. It has to be something in the top hat. That is all we can figure at this point. I do not have aftermarket sway bars or struts, only eibach AWD springs. I dropped it back off with my installer this evening and he is going to call eibach in the morning for some assistance. Is anybody with the H&R springs having these same issues? It can't be just eibach right? I have their stuff in 2 of our Mustangs and used their products numerous times before with no issue. Anyway, here is the truck lowered, it looks amazing for a simple spring drop.

If anyone is local to southern California and is experiencing this we would love to take a look at it and see what's going on. We had someone lined up to come in but never showed and stopped responding.

The only time we saw any noise is when the threads got wiped out on the top of the shaft. The OE nut is a top locking nut and this can be the result, this caused a noise to occur on small road imperfections. Just one thing to keep an eye out for.

Recommend another nut to use in place of the OE nut? That looks pretty bad. I've seen stripped threads and that's one of the worse I've seen, like the shaft owed the nut money bad.

So, he got them out and looked and apparently the top perch had shifted about 2" in rotation the last time he put them back together. He has them dead on the factory marks now and reinstalling. Fingers crossed that is what it was. I will report back after he test drives it. My threads on my struts are perfect, they aren't stripped at all like some people have reported that that could be the problem, he sent me pics to confirm.

I definitely will, he is the best suspension guy I know. He will figure it out I'm sure. If he can't, we will put coilovers on it and be done. I'm not one for stock, and I love lowered trucks.

Got them back in and test drove, he said it still makes the noise. He did send me a pic of the front spring and there is a rubber isolator or something around one of the coils, and it is completely collapsed onto the coil underneath it, actually resting on it. Maybe that is the culprit? Is that supposed to be there? He did say he checked the perches again and they haven't moved. So now he is at a loss. Unless eibach can chime in and give some insight.

I just replaced it with an M12x1.5(have to double check the thread pitch) just checked its M12x1.25 non locking flange nut. You could get a nyloc flange nut as well.

Your truck looks great! Out of curiosity, did the front bump stops get trimmed?
I've had good luck with Eibach also, but for my Mav I went with H&R, just waiting for my rear sway bar to get here before I install everything at once.
