Just would like verification on whether this is a new species of Ford Crickets or if this is what everyone is experiencing too.
I order my CO Lariat Hybrid on 10/05/21. I received email confirmation on 10/06/21. Two weeks later I called my Sales Rep and asked why does my order not show up on my Ford.com's "My Reservations, Orders and Purchases" section. He said they are slow in updating accounts online.
Okay. Now in January I called Ford and verified my order is in and all is well. I asked the Marketing Department why isn't my order at least showing up in my Ford.com account and they said they do not know why but do not worry, everything is fine.
I have attached a screenshot of what I see when I log into my account. Is this a new species of Ford Crickets or a known species?
