Just would like verification on whether this is a new species of Ford Crickets or if this is what everyone is experiencing too.

I order my CO Lariat Hybrid on 10/05/21. I received email confirmation on 10/06/21. Two weeks later I called my Sales Rep and asked why does my order not show up on my Ford.com's "My Reservations, Orders and Purchases" section. He said they are slow in updating accounts online.

Okay. Now in January I called Ford and verified my order is in and all is well. I asked the Marketing Department why isn't my order at least showing up in my Ford.com account and they said they do not know why but do not worry, everything is fine.

I have attached a screenshot of what I see when I log into my account. Is this a new species of Ford Crickets or a known species?

Thats what I was under the impression of as well. Honestly its the main reason I want my build date email, even if it's months away. At least I'd have a VIN and could track things with the app.

I have been told multiple times that the "Reservations, Orders, and Purchases" screen will NEVER populate with the Maverick. Something to do specifically with the Maverick.

Even after you receive your VIN this screen will still show "No Reservations or orders". At least mine does not show it... Appears one portion of the system does not populate the other.

I have heard the same thing, that the ordering system with the Maverick is a little different, and unfortunately will not update this on the website.

Mine looks exactly the same. No reservation. I asked Ford Marketing about it, she told me she'd alert IT. I'm sure that means it will go nowhere...

I finally have a build week on my order from June 9th. Nothing shows up on my "reservations or orders" either. Nothing to worry about, the order is still scheduled!

You will need to add the vehicle manually once you get your vin. It will not show up as an order. It will only show if you add it yourself.

My husband's Maverick is built and now being shipped, and it doesn't show up on the Reservations, Orders, Purchases website.

This reservations, orders, purchases page will NEVER populate. My order was in for 7 months. The page simply doesn't work.

Here's my page from just now. I've had my truck for about a month. The page just doesn't do anything lol, never has at any point in the process.

Note, the above is not the same as your vehicle dashboard, which is where you can add your vehicle once you get your VIN and register it to your account.
