Interior lights fail to turn on after door open

Hi all. A new problem has developed with my 2025 Hybrid and this same issue also occured in me 2024 hybrid. The interior lights now fail to turn on when I open any of the four doors. I have checked the switch in the overhead console and it is set correctly and does work with the manual over ride. I tried to see if there is tread already but have not found one. The feature worked fine up until two weeks ago. It is annoying not to have the interior lights turn on at night after opening a door. Does anyone have any insight on this problem? Otherwise, I will need to schedule an appointment with the dealer.

Now that you've started the thread. Scroll to the bottom and you will see other threads concerning the interior light not coming on.
Had you started with Google.
You would have gotten this.

Search the term deep sleep, sleep mode, noco charger, etc. I think you will find the 12V battery is not getting enough charge so it goes into the sleep mode so you'll at least be able to start the vehicle.

Yep, Had this interior light issue also. In addition the automatic passenger door lock would not operate intermittently.
2 trips to the dealer, first a new door handle, then a new battery, problem solved...
Strange because I drive this 2025 Lariat Hybrid daily. One and a half years and the battery is replaced.... Come on Ford, you can do better.

Nope. They are too busy coming up with another design for the front nose of the Maverick for the 2027 model year. Why would they spend time fixing any of the problems that current owners are having?
